Senior Test Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer to take a leadership role in software
and firmware testing. The successful candidate will be process-orientated, have 5+
years experience in testing and quality assurance of advanced systems, comprising
both embedded firmware and computer software.
Reliable Controls is an advocate of automated and continuous testing throughout
product development. The Senior Test Engineer is expected to bring skills to Reliable
Controls that will help us implement this continuous test strategy.
Key Responsibilities include:

- Work closely with our software and firmware developers to create effective test
plans for our software and embedded products,
- Execute test plans, investigate issues, and report the test results,
- Become familiar with the Reliable Controls® MACH-System capabilities,
- Develop automated test scripts to verify system functionality,
- Develop negative tests to verify proper handling of error conditions,
- Maintain and expand our set of test-tools and test apparatuses,
- Participate in our product release process in regards to test quality, and
- Assist in our ISO 9000 certification process.
