  1. Where is Reliable Controls® Corporation located?
    Reliable Controls® Corporation has a head office located at 120 Hallowell Road, in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. The head office facility houses design, research and development, manufacturing, marketing, training, and administration as well as the International sales office. The Western Canada sales office is located in Calgary, Alberta and an Eastern Canada sales office is located just outside of Toronto, Ontario. In the United States, the Western USA sales office is located in San Francisco, California, a MidWest USA sales office is located in Columbus, Ohio and an Eastern USA sales office is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Reliable Controls® has additional sales office for Austral-Asia in Melborne, Australia, and for China in Shenzhen.

  2. Is Reliable Controls® Corporation publicly traded and can I buy stock?
    The entire firm is privately held and stocks are not traded publicly.

  3. Where can I buy your products?
    Reliable Controls® Corporation sells its Reliable Controls® MACH-System™ building products through a global network of authorized dealers. To locate an authorized dealer near you, please refer to the Sales Locator in the Sales section of the website. For warranty and distribution reasons, Reliable Controls® Corporation does not sell product directly to the end-user customers.

  4. Where have your building products been installed?
    Please refer to the Project Profiles in the Projects section of the website to review a partial listing of key installations.

  5. Does Reliable Controls® Corporation bid on construction projects?
    No. All sales, installation and on-site service is performed by Reliable Controls® Authorized Dealers. Use our Sales Locator to locate a dealer in your area.
