water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality.

a myriad of devices, including all Air Handling Units, a VAV system, a cooling tower,
and air-cooled chillers.
For the human environments, the Reliable Controls® MACH-System™ controls heat
pumps for the office areas and uses seawater cooling and gas boiler heating for the
4-level Discovery Education Centre addition.
