Intent To prevent the premature deterioration of the building by using shading screens, overhangs, durable materials and following construction guidelines to ensure a long Design Service Life (DSL)


Requirements Develop and Implement a Building Durability Plan as per CSA S478-95 (R2001) - Guideline on Durability in Buildings and demonstrate and document the Predicted Service Life (PSL) of all the main components and assemblies
