Known for fostering discipline, patience, and continuous improvement, Sam has cultivated a culture of loyalty and client satisfaction. Today he’s preparing the next generation of leaders—Sam Tse and Jacky—who will ensure System Mart’s values endure.

 

Defining project: Link Management Ltd.

In 2010 System Mart designed and installed a Reliable Controls system at the district remote control station for Link Management, integrating 66 shopping centers and 88 chiller plants across six major districts in Hong Kong.

This technically complex and strategically critical project set a new benchmark for building management system deployment in large-scale retail infrastructure.
