The Durack Centre is located on the corner of Adelaide Terrace and Victoria Avenue in the eastern precinct of Perth's CBD. The facility comprises a 13-storey building with large 1,300m2floor plates, two basement levels, and on-grade parking for 100 cars. The building enjoys extensive views across the Swan River and also includes EB Johnston House, a restored 1890s brick mansion. The A Grade, 4 level office building was awarded WA's first 6-Star Green Star rating by the Green Building Council of Australia.

This gasoline industry head office for PetroChina Changqing Oilfield, is located in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. In 2012, Shaanxi Jinruan Zhisheng Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. installed MACH-System controllers, which are responsible for centralized management and energy conservation control for all equipment in the heat pump machine room.

Capital Centre, an office tower in Sydney, Australia, located within the Sydney Hilton Hotel, is an eight-floor tower with services independent of the hotel. Mechanical services and the ancillary plant and equipment serving the office towers were last refurbished in 2006; however, in the years following, there were issues with reliability and operating costs, which gradually escalated to undesirable and unsustainable levels. The system had also reached the end of its product support life.

QBE House at 628 Bourke Street in Melbourne comprises of an eight storey podium and a sixteen storey tower featuring a roof-top recreation complex with tennis court, showers, and BBQ facilities. The lobby, lifts and recreation deck were upgraded in 2004. Earning 4 stars in both Nabers Water and Nabers Energy, the facility's green features include: energy efficient T5 lighting, tenancy-based lighting controls, low-emission paints, low-emission carpet tiles, water-less urinals and water-saving devices, and bike racks and shower facilities for cyclists.

Reliable Controls HQ Annex

Seattle Municipal Tower

The original building lighting control system in the Seattle Municipal Tower had failed, resulting in the building's lights continuously operating at great expense to the building owner.

   

Terrace Tower

The original control system was pneumatic and had been overlaid with a subsequent DDC retrofit. The retrofit had not taken into account the original system design intent, and as a result, when the system began to fail, the owner sought a solution flexible enough to meet the building's long term requirements.

The HSBC El Salvador headquarters in San Salvador is a modern 9-storey structure in the city's bustling Financial Center. As the third largest bank in the country, HSBC El Salvador has some 65 branches, 1,800 employees, $1.5 billion in assets, and holds a controlling interest in a leading Panamanian financial institution with 106 branches spread throughout Central America.

Air Mobility Training Centre

Trenton, ON, Canada
One of the most complex facilities of its kind, the Air Mobility Training Centre (AMTC), located at 8 Wing at CFB Trenton, was built to house the equipment and personnel required to train pilots and maintenance crews for the new CC-320J Hercules aircraft purchased by the Canadian Forces. It will also provide support to Canadian troops serving in combat, as well as for peace keeping and humanitarian missions around the world.

           

Australian Federal Police Facility Adelaide Airport

Completed in 2012, the 2,400 square metre Australian Federal Police Facility at the Adelaide Airport is a multi-storey office complex that serves as the administrative and operational centre for all on-airport duties. The building lies within the airport's Export Park precinct and includes two storeys of office space, undercroft car parking, and boasts a 4-star Green Star and 4.5-star NABERS rating.

The Facility at the Darwin International Airport is a five star green star rated, two level administration building including car park, access, and services. The building has been designed to provide environmentally sustainable performance parameters within the Northern Territory's tropical environment. Kamloops Centre for Water Quality

Officially opened in February 2005, the Kamloops Centre for Water Quality is the largest operating facility in North America to use Zenon membrane treatment. Built between March 2003 and December 2004 at a cost of $48.5 million, the current daily treatment capacity of the centre is 160,000 cubic meters.
