"I have been associated with Reliable Controls since 2002. The reasons I've remained with them all these years and through various career incarnations are many, and I can go on and on about their exceptional customer service, applications, sales and tech support, and order desk, but the story I tell most often involves, believe it or not, firmware! Late one Friday afternoon while installing a MACH-ProSys™ controller on a critical system, I encountered issues I couldn't explain. Together with Tech Support, we ruled out all the usual “is it plugged in” type problems, and we concluded it must be firmware. My immediate thought that I might be babysitting the system over the weekend was calmed when to my surprise I heard, “Let me get the developer on the call.” What? Really?
An hour later I was in my car, on my way home, new firmware on the controller. All was well in the world! I dare anyone to top that for support. I’ve witnessed tremendous growth over these 19 years, but the Reliable Controls commitment to personal service has not diminished. Bravo!"
