Description: Join our growing team and launch your career in building automation. As an Entry-Level BMS Controls Technician, you’ll support the installation, configuration, and commissioning of building management systems (BMS) for HVAC and environmental controls. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates with a technical background who are ready to apply their skills in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation of controllers, sensors, wiring, and control devices
• Support programming and commissioning of building automation systems
• Perform basic troubleshooting and system verification tasks
• Read and interpret mechanical plans, wiring diagrams, and control schematics
• Work alongside lead technicians and project managers to complete projects
• Maintain tools, equipment, and documentation on job sites

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Electrical Technology, HVACR, Mechatronics, Building Automation, or a related technical field
• Strong interest in HVAC, electrical systems, and/or networking
• Perform basic troubleshooting and system verification tasks
• Ability to work safely, follow instructions, and manage time on-site
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn
