Authorized Dealer A to Z Engineering Solutions installed a Reliable Controls building automation system during construction of the Hospital Nahda Islamic Klutih. The requirements were specific: to control the HVAC system to maintain the temperature and humidity required in operating and recovery rooms.

A to Z Engineering Solutions installed two SMART-Sensor EPD devices to monitor room temperature and humidity in critical areas. The SMART-Sensor EPD is a modern networked-sensor solution that allows facility operators to easily connect with up to 10 configurable parameters related to space. A MACH-ProZone is integrated with supply fan, HEPA filter, and bag filter differential pressure switches and differential pressure transmitters to control air-handling and exhaust equipment. The MACH-ProZone is a fully programmable BACnet Building Controller ideal for small to midsize rooftop and heat pump applications or small mechanical room control.

A to Z Engineering Solutions used the power and flexibility of RC-Studio to integrate the Reliable Controls system with mechanical equipment from third-party vendors. This easy-to-learn, easy-to-use BACnet Advanced Operator Workstation software provides a customizable multiprotocol solution for database, alarming, scheduling, trending, and sequence of operation programming. RC-Toolkit software allowed technicians to easily configure network communications during installation.
