Capital Manor is a not-for-profit senior living community governed by volunteer directors and a resident advisory council. Independent and assisted living options include tower apartments, terrace apartments, villas, and town homes. Amenities include a dining room, pub, café, sunroom, pool and hot tub, fitness center, library, general store, and more, allowing residents to stay strong, active, and feeling their best.
Essential Building Technologies installed a Reliable Controls building automation system at Capital Manor during a retrofit project.
With its large campus, Capital Manor had an extensive list of mechanical equipment. Essential Building Technologies used the flexibility of the Reliable Controls system to integrate air-handling units, chillers, boilers, and fan-coil units with four ETHER-Link portals, 15 MACH-Zone controllers, 96 MACH1 controllers, and a MACH-ProWebCom controller.
The MACH-ProWebCom provides easy system access and allows building managers to use custom graphics to represent the entire facility.
Essential Building Technologies completed the installation without disrupting the lives of Capital Manor residents.
