Widely considered one of the finest commercial buildings in the Australian Capital Territory, 212 Northbourne Avenue was recently refurbished to 4.5 NABERS standard.

28 Sydney Avenue is a 5 Star NABERS Energy rated office building located in the heart of the Parliamentary Precinct. The building incorporates bicycle parking, shower and locker facilities, and an extensive 45kW photovoltaic installation that resulted in a dramatic reduction of the building's energy footprint.

The Fort Worth complex consists of two 300,000 sq ft. buildings, each with a dedicated mechanical system consisting of 20 large air handling units supplying approximately 175 MACH-Air VAV controllers.

Beijing YinHe CaiZhi Center is located in the Shijingshan District Beijing, China. The Beijing YinHe CaiZhi Center structure consists of two commercial office towers, where each tower comprises seventeen floors, totaling net lettable office space of 88,000 m2.

   

China Tobacco Monopoly Bureau

The China Tobacco Monopoly Bureau is a commercial office located in Xicheng District, Beijing, China. The building is comprised of eleven floors contributing to its 40,000 m2 of floor space.

Tower 2 of Adelaide's City Central precinct is a landmark 13-storey commercial building that utilizes the latest ESD technology to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating. Green building features include chilled beams for cooling, low water-use fixtures, and low energy lighting.

The Darwin Corporate Park is setting a new standard with its stateof- the-art, campus-style, premium quality commercial buildings and associated amenities, including restaurants, a cafe, and a gymnasium. The project is targeting a 5.5 Star NABERS Base Building Energy rating.

       

Durack Centre

Perth, WA, Australia
The Durack Centre is located on the corner of Adelaide Terrace and Victoria Avenue in the eastern precinct of Perth's CBD. The facility comprises a 13-storey building with large 1,300m2floor plates, two basement levels, and on-grade parking for 100 cars. The building enjoys extensive views across the Swan River and also includes EB Johnston House, a restored 1890s brick mansion. The A Grade, 4 level office building was awarded WA's first 6-Star Green Star rating by the Green Building Council of Australia.

   

Gleneagle Office Park

Gleneagle Office Park is comprised of three buildings built in 2000, two of which are leased office space, and a larger building occupied by the company that owns the facility. The facility was running inefficiently using out-of-date systems, and the occupants were frustrated with comfort levels.

Insurance Australia Group

The new operational headquarters for Insurance Australia Group (IAG) is an eight-storey office building in Greater Sydney. The 4.5 Star NABERS project consists of 14,000 square metres of Grade -A office space with five retail areas on the ground floor.

Lennar Corporate Center is a commercial park in Miami, Florida, consisting of four buildings and occupied by multiple tenants, including Lennar Corporation.

       

Melbourne Central Business District

Melbourne, VIC, Australia
120 Collins Street is a post-modern 50-storey skyscraper in Melbourne that pays homage to New York's grand Art Deco buildings through its granite facade, unique setbacks, and central mast. Currently sitting at a NABERS 3.5 Star rating, plans for the structure include achieving a NABERS 5 Star rating.

MTV Networks occupies 10 floors of the 44-storey Bertelsmann Building, located in Times Square in Manhattan, New York City.

One Oxford Centre is a mixed-use office and retail complex located in the Grant Street corridor of downtown Pittsburgh. The 87,000 m2 facility offers a best-in-class office tower, showcasing 360 degree views, a prestigious tenant roster, on-site amenities, and notable sustainability and operational standards.

       

Oracle Canada Headquarters

Mississauga, ON, Canada
The Reliable Controls MACH-System consists of ten MACH2 controllers with expansion cards distributed throughout the building to control the lighting and ventilation on each floor, along with carbon monoxide control in the parkade and exterior lighting.

   

PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Office Building

Xi'an City, Shaanxi, China
This gasoline industry head office for PetroChina Changqing Oilfield, is located in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. In 2012, Shaanxi Jinruan Zhisheng Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. installed MACH-System controllers, which are responsible for centralized management and energy conservation control for all equipment in the heat pump machine room.

       

Pier 1 Imports Headquarters

Fort Worth, TX, United States
The facility includes conference and training facilities, an employee fitness center, indoor and outdoor photo studios, a merchandise-sample room and executive suites. The office floors are designed on access flooring that is easily unscrewed from the sub-floor.

   

Ping An Insurance

Shanghai, China
In 2006, IB Technologies began installing the Reliable Controls MACH-System on site. BACnet/ IP and MS/TP networks were used throughout the complex to link the MACH1 and MACH-Zone with the TRANE BCUs, and the DAIKIN BACnet Gateways.

   

Pitt St. Capital Centre

Capital Centre, an office tower in Sydney, Australia, located within the Sydney Hilton Hotel, is an eight-floor tower with services independent of the hotel. Mechanical services and the ancillary plant and equipment serving the office towers were last refurbished in 2006; however, in the years following, there were issues with reliability and operating costs, which gradually escalated to undesirable and unsustainable levels. The system had also reached the end of its product support life.

Home to over 300 employees, the Proforma headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio is a three-story office building nestled in the woodlands of Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

           

QBE House

Melbourne, NSW, Australia
QBE House at 628 Bourke Street in Melbourne comprises of an eight storey podium and a sixteen storey tower featuring a roof-top recreation complex with tennis court, showers, and BBQ facilities. The lobby, lifts and recreation deck were upgraded in 2004. Earning 4 stars in both Nabers Water and Nabers Energy, the facility's green features include: energy efficient T5 lighting, tenancy-based lighting controls, low-emission paints, low-emission carpet tiles, water-less urinals and water-saving devices, and bike racks and shower facilities for cyclists.

Reliable Controls HQ Annex

Victoria, BC, Canada
The LEED Platinum targeted facility is home to Reliable Controls corporate departments, research and development, and technical support. The facility has two storeys above ground and two levels of underground parking. The facility is annexed to the existing manufacturing facility.

               

Seattle Municipal Tower

Seattle, WA, United States
The original building lighting control system in the Seattle Municipal Tower had failed, resulting in the building's lights continuously operating at great expense to the building owner.

   

Terrace Tower

Denver, CO, United States
The original control system was pneumatic and had been overlaid with a subsequent DDC retrofit. The retrofit had not taken into account the original system design intent, and as a result, when the system began to fail, the owner sought a solution flexible enough to meet the building's long term requirements.
