Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Click the icon with the three horizontal lines(located in the top right of the browser window) and the select Settings, or copy chrome://settings/ into the search bar.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Show Advanced Settings.
  4. Under the Passwords and Forms section, check the box that says “Offer to save passwords I enter on the web”.
  5. Sign into Reliable Controls.
  6. Once singed in, a pop-up will appear asking if you would like to save your password. Click Yes.

Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Under the Tools menu click Options.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. Enable Remember logins for sites.
  5. Click Exceptions, ensure www.reliablecontrols.com does not appear.

Internet Explorer

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. By pressing Alt, navigate to the Tools menu and click on Internet Options.
  3. Or the gear icon in the upper right hand corner click on Internet Options.
  4. Click the Content tab, then under AutoComplete click Settings.
  5. Click OK and then OK again. Restart the browser and navigate back to the login screen. Upon logging in, you will be asked whether you would like to save your login information for this site. Click Yes. Your login information will now be remembered.

Edge

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Click on the horizontal 3-dotted More actions icon located in the top right corner of the browser.
  3. Click on Settings and then scroll down and click on View advanced settings button.
  4. Under the Privacy and services section, move the buttons to the On position for Offer to save passwords and Save form entries.
  5. Sign into Reliable Controls.
  6. Once singed in, a pop-up will appear asking if you would like to save your password. Click Yes.

Safari

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click the Safari menu item and from the dropdown select Preferences.
  3. A new window will pop up. Click on the Passwords menu item.
  4. At the bottom of the window click the Add button to add Reliable Controls login information.
  5. Add https://www.reliablecontrols.com, your username and your password.
  6. In the same window, check the box "AutoFill usernames and passwords".
