Victoria, BC, Canada—Reliable Controls is pleased to announce the promotion of Danielle Tadman to Human Resources Manager. In her new role, Danielle will lead the company’s HR initiatives and continue building a supportive, people-first culture that empowers every team member.

Danielle joined Reliable Controls in February 2023 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, quickly advancing to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In these roles, she played a key part in strengthening talent acquisition strategies, enhancing the candidate experience, and representing Reliable Controls at industry events—including a recent career fair in Edmonton alongside Vince Palmer, Executive Vice President, Operations.

Before joining Reliable Controls, Danielle held recruitment and HR leadership roles with Penta Search Group, Vancouver Coastal Health, and QuadReal Property Group, where she developed expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employer branding across multiple industries.
