Features

Compact Design

  • For installation into small electrical wiring bays within unitary equipment.
  • Installs onto standard electrical box with ½" NPT and lock nut.

Easy Programming (Requires RC-Studio Software)

  • Map up to 7 I/O objects from the system to SMART-Net Relay's inputs and outputs.
  • Control fan speed using the Off/Low/Med/High multistate range .
  • Apply pulse-width modulating control using the -SSR option and the 0 to 100% analog range.

Connection and Addressing

  • Accepts wires 14-26 AWG (Low Voltage).
  • Four-wire SMART-Net connection.
  • Configure network address using 4-pole DIP switch.
  • Valid addresses are 1–16.

Easy Line-Voltage Wiring

  • Ships with 16 inch, 12 AWG, color-coded flying leads with pre-stripped ends.
  • Flying leads exit though a ½” NPT threaded conduit hub which offers connection to a junction box.
  • Readily meets electrical code requirements to separate Class 1 and Class 2 voltages.

Optional Fan Speed Control (for -F models)

  • 3 dedicated relays for Off/Low/Med/High speed control.
  • Only 1 of the 3 relays may be on at once.
  • Hand/Off/Auto protects motor from having 2 outputs on at once.
  • 1 multistate value controls the Off/Low/Med/High setting.

Optional Hand/Off/Auto Switches with Status LEDs (for -H models)

  • 3-position slide switches provide Hand/Off/Auto (HOA) override of each relay.
  • Status LEDs for each relay shows if the relay is on or off.
  • Allows for wiring verification without connection to software.

Optional Power Supply (for -PS models)

  • 24 VDC 10 W supply that can be used to power host controller.
  • Wide input range from 100 VAC to 277 VAC.
  • Saves space when there is no room for a transformer in wiring bay.

Optional Inputs

  • Up to 2 thermistor or dry-contact inputs.

Optional Relays

  • Up to 5, 5 Amp 347 VAC line wire switched mechanical relays.

Optional Solid-State Relay

  • Up to 1, 15 Amp 347 VAC solid-state relay.
  • 2 flying leads to separate from other relays.
  • Zero cross switched.
  • SSR is pulse-width modulated 0-100% over a 4 second duty cycle to modulate electrical loads.

Status LED

  • The status LED indicates connection status and correct operation.

Warranty

  • 5 years.

Certification

  • CE.
  • EN 60730-1.
  • UL 60730-1 Listed.
