Genesis Washing Ltd. is a division of M&J Group, a leading manufacturer of a wide range of top-quality denim bottoms and garment dye products in Bangladesh. The Genesis Washing division rests on more than 400,000 ft2 of production floor space where their 22 state-of-the-art industrial washers, 15 dryers, and 9 lazer machines function as the garment dyeing side of the facility.
Authorized Dealer Alaska Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. installed a Reliable Controls system throughout Genesis Washing, the specialized fashion dyeing facility in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
The Reliable Controls system was primarily installed to facilitate easier operations and maintenance of the large floor space. Through the power and flexibility of the Reliable Controls products the facility team can monitor and control the effluent treatment plant pumps for proper industrial wastewater management, the water treatment plant pumps, and recycled water system pumps. Facility staff can monitor the status of all the electrical panels and energy meters, harness the data, and report on it. The central monitoring station has also been equipped to control and monitor indoor air quality via 25 SMART-Sensor CO2 devices and 25 SMART-Sensor devices with onboard humidity sensors. The integrated building management system is serviced by seven MACH-ProSys controllers and a MACH-ProWebCom controller, alongside over 35 MACH-ProPoint devices. Third-party lighting control and energy meters are integrated throughout the pump systems. A diesel flow meter, seven water flow meters, and two steam flow meters complete the integration.
